K-Life Ministries Affiliate Site — Hill Kountry K-Life

Hello from the Texas Hill Country!  K-Life is back! What in the world is K-Life, you might ask? K-Life is an interdenominational youth ministry that exists to influence a youth culture for Jesus Christ. It is a ministry for middle school students, high school students, and their families where students will grow in their faith and learn how to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.  And we'll have lots of fun in the process.

     K-life has been around since 1979 and there are now over 30 K-Life's across the nation, and our chapter is the first to come to central Texas.

Jeremiah 31:21

"Set up road signs, set up guide posts, take note of the highway, the road that you travel."

There are many paths that each of us can take. Each road has a beginning and an end. This year our theme is, "A Road Less Traveled" and we will be talking every week at Klub about the road of life: the challenges, the turns, and the direction each of us can find through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our theme verses are found in Isaiah 35:8-10

"And a main road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the highway of holiness. Evil-hearted people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God's ways; fools will never walk there...Only the redeemed will follow it...Sorrow and mourning will disappear and they will be overcome by joy and gladness."

We pray that students will seek the path that leads to an abundant, joy-filled life in Christ and that they will walk that "narrow way" and lead others to follow them.

The K-Life House is located at 600 S. China St. That's the tan duplex with the big lot beside it on the corner of 6th and China. Our staff interns live there so come by and say hello. Soon we will have basketball goals and washer pits and all kinds of fun stuff for you guys to do.
